These fully-lined panels feature a modern Jacobean-style floral pattern, finished with a versatile rod pocket. We recommend layering these gorgeous panels under our Samantha Petticoat Valance, Provance Valance, Pleated Valance, or Victory Swag for a luxuriously coordinated custom look.
