- What is your return process?
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. All products must be unused and in original packaging. At this time, RLF Home does not cover the cost of shipping items back to our factory. Customers will have to pay for their own return shipping costs. If you need to return an order please contact at customerservice@rlfhome.com. Please put your order number in the subject line, and our customer service team will prompt you on your return!
- Can I return custom-made orders?
No, we do not accept custom-made orders. These orders are made to fit your custom measurements, and are made to your specifications. We suggest ordering fabric swatches before purchasing, so you know that you are happy with the color, the quality, and that it goes well with other items in your home. If a custom order is not exactly the way you want it, we will work to make it how you want!
- Can I return sale items?
No, we do not accept returns on sale items. If you need to return an item, we offer exchanges for store credit only.
